Payment

Payment is due before items can be released to the customer. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Local personal checks are accepted with valid driver's license.

All payments should be made in full upon receipt of rental items. Unless other payment arrangements have been approved. There is a refundable deposit on equipment when returned in good condition.

Reservations

Early planning assures a successful event with products available. During peak rental season we reserve the right to ask for a deposit to confirm reservation. The reservation fee is your assurance the item will be available on the day you requested.

Delivery & Pickup

All deliveries are based upon a first floor delivery and accessibility for the delivery truck.

Additional charges will be applied for other than first floor delivery, installation and dismantling of equipment, excessive time involved and weekends and after hours. For more detailed delivery information please check with one of our sales staff.

Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge for your area. Delivery schedules are made several days in advance. You may request AM (8-12) or PM (1-5) delivery and pick up. Delivery / Pickup at other times can be arranged for an additional charge. On those limited occasions when normal delivery is not available, a special courier service can be arraigned at an additional charge.

Standard delivery / pickup is for tailgate drop off. If delivery is to made to a specific floor or area, an additional labor charge will be incurred. Our personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a convenient place. For pickup, all items should be stacked in the same place and manner in which they were delivered. We can setup and dismantle tables and chairs at an additional charge. Advance agreements should be made for this service.

Prior to Pickup or Return. All serving pieces, fountains, or any food related item should be refuse free and replaced in delivery containers. Linens should be dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. Additional charges are made when extraordinary cleaning is required.

Damage Waiver

You my elect to pay a fee equal to a fixed percentage of the cost of your rental, in lieu of additional changes for DAMAGED ITEMS/ Damage Waiver DOES NOT cover shortage or loss of items. NOR does it cover damage due to improper or abusive use of items.

Order Changes or Cancellations

    If an order is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date, the entire deposit will be refunded. If an order is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date, the entire deposit will be refunded. The exception is tent rentals. If a tent is canceled any time, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Additions to an order are welcome, subject to availability.

    Responsibility

      Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from the time of delivery to return. Additional charge are made for damaged and shortage. Damage Waiver is Available.
